Tiffany Davis
Ms. Davis brings 15+ years of experience to Creato with expertise in quality improvement methodologies, continuum of care integration, program design and project management. Her professional career began in clinical and laboratory research environments at Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, MI. Her publications in these areas focus on improvements in the treatment of insomnia and care & services for geriatric populations. Also known for its cutting edge application of process improvement techniques founded by Edward Deming, Ms. Davis served in variety of quality teaching, grant management and administrative leadership roles within the Center for Health System Studies and Quality Divisions. She brings managed care experience to Creato after having served as the Research and Development Manager for Mercy Health Plans in Farmington Hills, MI and Regional Vice President for Magellan Behavioral Health’s Pacific Region. She also served as an Operations Director on behalf of InktelDirect Marketing Services and in coordination with Affiliated Computer Services (ACS). In this role, she led the State of Georgia’s redesign of its healthcare call center program, including facility, technology, processes & procedures, program and staff development. She most recently served as Senior leader of Business Process Management for Kaiser Permanente overseeing the Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Northern California and Southern California Member Administration & Benefit Administration Regional Medicaid and Charitable Health Coverage programs. Ms. Davis continues to consult with organizations regarding major organizational transitions, such as moving of service centers across the country, combining of services into single centers, implementation of new client accounts, improvement of services, accreditation/compliance, feasibility analysis and customer satisfaction.
As a Master Black Belt and Lean Master, Ms. Davis works on behalf of Creato to conduct Six Sigma and Lean projects. Examples of institutions she successfully impacted include Harbor UCLA Medical Center, Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women & Newborns, Hudson River Health and Blood Systems International. Her areas of focus include but aren’t limited to people management; call centers; billing systems/finance; technical systems, developments and teams; emergency departments; inpatient & outpatient specialty clinics; pharmacy services; surgical departments; blood banking groups; customer satisfaction; sensitive population management; and Human Resources. She specializes in the design of innovative approaches, departments and teams to enhance staff and customer experiences. She also teaches Six Sigma, Lean, Rapid Action Planning and Executive Development courses on behalf of Creato within, as well as the American Society for Quality (ASQ). She coaches hundreds of students seeking quality certification in a variety of environments and at all levels of professionalism. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology and mathematics from Michigan State University and studied graduate level biostatistics at the University of Michigan and University of California at Berkley. In addition to quality improvement credentials, she is a certified trainer through Peak Potentials and continues to study project management, leadership and public speaking with Robert Kiyosaki. She is a member of the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals (ISSSP) and the ASC.
