Right-click each link and select "Save Target As". Remember where you save these files on your hard drive.

• Practice_Sheets.xls

There are hyperlinks in the PowerPoint™ file, they will only work if you:

1. Save all files to the same directory
2. Do not rename the files when saving

Open the SigmaXL_Tutorial.pps file. You can simply click during the slideshow when you are ready for the next page.

Hint: Press Control-Tab to switch between PowerPoint™ and Excel™ during the tutorial.
